A fantastic opportunity has become available with a successful Fresh Produce specialist, in a key position within the Procurement team. The position of Procurement Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Procurement Managers to ensure all aspects of the supply chain are efficient and meet the standards required.


Reporting to the Procurement Manager and working as part of an energetic and passionate team, effective communication is fundamental, liaising with suppliers, service providers, and working alongside colleagues to support at all levels.

Responsibilities include;

Support across the procurement process, working closely with suppliers to ensure all required documentation is obtained

Work on the ERP system (Prophet) to add accurate and imperative information

Manage arrivals data, ensuring accurate pricing, and generating reports

Support Managers within the team


We require;

Fresh Produce exposure would be advantageous

Experience gained within FMCG Supply Chain / Procurement / Support function

Confident ability to work with suppliers, customers, and colleagues across all levels

Excellent IT & Numeracy skills, the ability to use systems, spreadsheets, and multitask is key


Salary; £28-30k

Location; West Midlands

Hours; 5 days; working as part of a team – Tuesday to Saturday (weekends may be covered from home)
