Overview

Our Client is a dynamic, fast-paced Fresh Produce service provider supplying a variety of customers, with an exciting portfolio of Fresh Food Products. We offer the opportunity of Product Manager to join the team with a focus on their fresh produce category.

The position of Product Manager will work as an integral part of the technical team, with customer focus, whilst managing the quality of a dedicated product category;

A hands-on, pivotal role working to ensure;

Customer quality expectations are met

Suppliers are informed of requirements and the level of fruit product quality expected

Stock levels are managed with effective rotation and rejects/returns kept to a minimum

We require;

An experienced product quality focused individual, having worked as a Product Manager / QA Assistant / Senior QC

Exposure to the Fresh Produce sector, with knowledge of fruit proving highly advantageous

Knowledge of technical standards & product quality expected by retail customers

Drive, passion and dedication is key for success in this position

Experience with Prophet would be highly beneficial

Driving licence and transport is essential

Hours; 4-on – 4-off – 7.00am – 7.00pm

Salary; £30-33k
