Overview

Our Client is a leading supplier of Fresh Produce to the major retailers. We currently offer an opportunity on their behalf in a key position as Production / Packhouse Supervisor within their Packhouse facility.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the position of Production / Packhouse Supervisor will ensure the team produces product to the levels and output required, meeting customer specification.

The role of Production / Packhouse Supervisor will incorporate;

Effective management of the team, producing the required product standards and requirements

Management of KPI’s ensuring achievement and productivity on the lines

Stock management and allocation

We require;

Experience of production team management, in a Team Leader / Supervisor position

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Fresh Produce exposure advantageous

Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Fresh ware , D365

Hours; Days;  42.5 hours a week, 8.5 hours standard working day. Will be expected to work every other weekend

Salary; c£31k + mobile phone
