An exciting opportunity has become available with our Client, a very successful and highly regarded supplier within the Fresh Produce sector. We have the privilege of offering a fantastic opportunity on their behalf for a Production Shift Manager to join the team in this key position.

With full responsibility for the packhouse on the designated shift., the position of Shift Manager will be motivated, passionate, and driven to achieve production expectations, meeting customer needs and despatch deadlines.

Key responsibilities;

Effectively managing packing lines on shift

Motivating and encouraging team members

Achieving demand and meeting customer specification

Meet expected standards within production for Hygiene and Health & Safety

We require;
Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous Production / Packaging environment
Approachable, motivating and driven management ability
Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors
ERP systems experience advantageous

Hours; 3,2,2,3 continental shift pattern; 6.00am – 6.00pm
