We offer a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, successful grower and supplier of Fresh Produce, who supply first class product to a buoyant customer base, to include the retail arena. We require an experienced Production Supervisor to join the business in a key position.

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Production Supervisor.

The position of Production Supervisor will report to the Production Section Manager and will ensure perishable product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines. Taking responsibility for the team and packing lines, the successful individual will be a key point of contact for team members, managing the team on shift, and will ensure all members are utilised to meet order demand, KPI’s, Quality, and Health & Safety expectations.

We require;

Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory role

Approachable, effective, motivating and driven management ability

Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors advantageous

ERP systems experience advantageous

Salary; £25-30k

Hours 50 hours a week but this could change due to the demands of the business
