A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce service provider, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We currently offer the position of Production Support Manager to become an integral part of the Operations team.

This is a key a position to ensure the smooth flow of production and line performance with the assessment, management, and positive encouragement of both temporary staff and permanent staff. Working closely with the shift management teams, the position of Production Support Manager will focus on the support of operations, to include;

Management of line standards, with implementation of required training to meet expected standards

To ensure compliance of labour and line standards

Control and implement operative training

Development of key work processes

Communicate performance targets

We require;

Strong people management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

Food Manufacturing and/or Fresh Produce exposure

Training experience / labour management

Approachable and personable manner

Salary; c£28k
