A long established and highly successful supplier of Fresh Produce, our Client has been supplying a high quality of product to the UK market for over 50 years. We now offer the exciting opportunity of QA / Quality Manager on their behalf to successfully manage the quality control team.

The position of QA / Quality Manager will take responsibility for managing and developing the quality control team, offering a high standard of product quality across the business, meeting customer expectations & company standards.
Working closely with the technical and commercial teams, the successful individual will ensure they have driven & motivated staff, and achieve the most effective way of achieving value & reducing waste.
This opportunity requires a motivated individual who understands the need to supply consistent quality to achieve customer satisfaction & compliance with quality systems & procedures.
Leading and motivating the team, the successful individual will be hands-on, and ensure consistent high performance is achieved through KPI management on a daily basis.

We require;
Strong experience of working in a similar position within the Fresh Produce sector
Excellent Team Leader / Management experience
Organised, motivated and assertive
A professional manner, approachable with good communication skills

Salary; £35-40k, dependent on experience offered
Hours; This position will be working 5 days out of 7, Days
