We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. We offer the exciting opportunity to join their growing business and a dedicated team who are focused on providing the highest level of product quality.

The successful QC / Quality Team Leader will manage a team of Quality Controllers to ensure all fruit product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, managing the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately, adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements;

Previous experience in a Quality Control Team Leader / Supervisory position

Knowledge of Quality Control procedures within a production environment

Fresh Produce sector exposure is required, ideally Fruit products

Attention to detail and accuracy is key

Excellent communication skills

Hours; Monday – Friday; 8.00am – 5.00pm

Location; Suffolk

Salary; c£26k
