Our Client has gone from strength to strength, successfully importing and growing an impressive portfolio of high quality Fresh Produce, supplying to key retail customers. We now offer the exciting opportunity for an individual to join the business in a key position covering an initial 12 month contract as Quality Manager.

The position of Quality Manager will take responsibility for managing and developing the quality control team, offering a high standard of product quality across the business, meeting customer expectations & company standards. The successful individual will successfully manage the quality function and the quality control team, to achieve BRC and retail audit standards, managing pest control, calibrations, policies & procedures, and working with other key Managers to achieve retail customer satisfaction and ensure consistent high performance is achieved through KPI management on a daily basis.

We require;

Experience of Quality / QA / QC Management (A strong Supervisor of a larger team could be considered)

Organised and motivated, with a passion for achieving high quality standards

Exposure to Fresh Produce / Fresh Food / Short shelf life products

Excellent team management ability, approachable & encouraging

A professional, motivated, and personable manner

Location; West Midlands / Herefordshire

Salary; £30-35k, dependent on experience offered

Hours; Monday – Friday, with flexibility required in peak
