Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager / QA Manager to join our successful Client, an established Prepared Fresh Produce business supplying the major supermarkets.
With an immediate start, this position offers a great opportunity to join a key player in the industry, and become an integral part of the management team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Technical, the position of Quality Manager / QA Manager will manage and develop a focused, close team, that work hand-in-hand with the buying, production and commercial departments. This role requires a motivated individual who understands the need to supply a consistent quality product to ensure customer satisfaction & compliance with quality systems & procedures.
We are seeking;
Experienced Quality Manager / QC/QA Manager.
Fresh Food Manufacturing or Fresh Produce sector experience.
Successfully managed teams previously, with the ability to motivate and achieve.
Knowledge of quality systems & procedures, HACCP, Food Hygiene, Internal Auditing, previous customer experience would be beneficial.
The successful individual will benefit from a well-managed and personable environment on a daily basis.
Salary; £40-50k
Hours; 8.00am – 5.00pm with flexibility
