We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. We offer the exciting opportunity to join their growing business and work at their state-of-the-art chilled food facility in Lincolnshire as Quality Team Leader.

The successful Quality Team Leader will work an evening shift and will manage a small team of Quality Controllers to ensure all fresh produce product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, coordinating the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately, adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements;

Previous experience in a Quality Control Supervisory / Team Leader position

Previous experience in managing Quality teams

Fresh Produce sector exposure is essential

Attention to detail and accuracy is key

Excellent communication skills

Location; Spalding, Lincolnshire

Shift; Sunday to Thursday evening shift 7.00pm to 3.30am

Salary; c£26k
