We offer an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the business and part of the continued success as Senior Sales Manager.

Reporting to Director level, the opportunity of Senior Sales Manager will become a fundamental part of a driven and passionate team. Achieving sales and profit growth through positive retail customer management, the successful individual will manage a small team and will continue to build solid relationships with their dedicated key retail customer accounts.

Responsibilities include;
Developing strategy and sales & profit plans in line with budgetary requirements
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Taking responsibility for profit and loss across allocated accounts

We require;
Experience gained in a Commercially focused position within the Fresh Food sector
Management of retail customers, with Aldi / Lidl being advantageous

Numerical and IT confident, with the ability to organise & prioritise
Motivated & professional individual, confident at all levels

Salary; Competitive + Bonus, Pension, Health

Hours; Office hours, Monday – Friday

Location: Kent
