We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. Due to exciting growth within the business, our Client is looking to strengthen the commercial team, offering the opportunity of Senior Commercial Manager.

The position of Senior Commercial Manager will report to Director level and work with leading retail accounts, becoming accountable for all commercial activity and making a significant impact with those key customers. Growing key relationships, driving sales and profit growth, the successful individual will join a forward thinking and innovative group within the Chilled Food sector.

 

A hands-on approach; interfacing with customers, negotiating contracts, establishing processes, whilst managing and guiding the business towards its strategic goals, the successful individual will play an integral part in driving a successful business forward, offering the capacity of genuine long-term career opportunities to an ambitious, commercially astute individual.

 

We require;

Supply Chain knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the supply challenges to a retail customer

Commercial management experience, with retail accounts, to incl. the Coop

Relevant FMCG experience, with Chilled / Fresh product

Professional, approachable and confident
Dedicated and resilient

 

Salary: Dependent on the level of experience offered; cĀ£70k

Location: Cambridgeshire
