Due to exciting growth within the business, we offer the opportunity to join the commercial team in a pivotal role as Senior Commercial Manager

The position of Senior Commercial Manager will report to Director level and will manage a small yet dynamic and dedicated commercial account management team. Leading the team, this opportunity will be integral to the commercial success with key retail customers, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on:

Effectively managing a successful commercial team

Building and maintaining key customer relationships

Review and implement promotional plans

Driving profitable growth

With a hands-on approach, the successful individual will join a forward thinking and innovative group within the Food sector and play an integral part in driving a successful business forward, offering the capacity of genuine long-term career opportunities.

We require;

Supply Chain knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the supply challenges to retail customers

Commercial management experience with retail customers / accounts; Tesco advantageous

Relevant FMCG experience, ideally Food sector exposure

Professional, approachable and confident

Encouraging management approach

Location: East of England, with the opportunity for some home based days

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience offered; offering From £50k + Car Allowance
