Overview

We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader within their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality Fresh Produce. We currently offer the position of Supply and Demand Analyst / Planner.

The position of Supply and Demand Planner will work with both customers and growers to take ownership and develop the supply plans, looking at short to medium term horizons, and work closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure availability of the fruit products are matched to commercial plans and issues are raised and solved.
Key responsibilities include;
Analysis of category demand & supply; product type, variety, SKU level
Monitoring grower & supplier performance, encouraging improvement where necessary
Managing demand information from Commercial, and insights suggesting forecast amendments
Managing supply information from Growers, Suppliers & Procurement, suggesting forecast amendments

We require;
Experience in a Planning position within Fresh Food / Fresh Produce / SSL Product
Confident and professional working with both customers and suppliers
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse numerical data
Knowledge of forecasting & planning systems

 

Hours; Monday – Friday / 8.00am –  5.00pm, with some flexibility required
Salary; c£28k – dependent on skills & experience
