Overview

We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality Fresh Produce. We currently offer the position of Supply and Demand Analyst to become a welcomed asset to the Supply and Demand team.

The position of Supply and Demand Analyst will work to own and develop the supply & demand plans for a dedicated category, working with growers, procurement, and agronomist teams to create a supply plan, and working with commercial and insights teams to create a demand plan.

Key responsibilities include;

Analysis of category demand & supply; product type, variety, SKU level

Monitoring grower & supplier performance, encouraging improvement where necessary

Managing demand information from Commercial and insights suggesting forecast amendments

Managing supply information from Growers, Suppliers, and Procurement, suggesting forecast amendments

We require;

Experience in an analytical / supply & demand position would be highly advantageous

Confident, professional, and capable of working with all departments and suppliers

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse numerical data

Exposure to Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG sectors beneficial

Knowledge of forecasting & planning systems and Excel formulas & graphs highly beneficial
