Overview

Our Client is one of the UK’s largest Importers and Distributors in their sector within the Food Industry, supplying a variety of customers nationwide, including the major retailers. We now offer an excellent opportunity for a Technical Assistant to join the business in a key position.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the role of Technical Assistant will support the technical team, and assist with Customer Specifications, Customer Complaints, Traceability tests, Artwork processes, and other duties that will provide the best possible service to the customer.

We are ideally seeking an individual from the Food sector, manufacturing and/or distribution, that has previous experience in a Technical role with an understanding of product specifications, and the importance of meeting the customer’s needs. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise, and have excellent attention to detail, are key to this role. This is a varied position, and offers the opportunity to work within am ever-expanding sector.
