A fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful Fresh Produce and Horticulture Group has become available within a motivated and dedicated Technical team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Technical Manager, the position of Technical Assistant / Technologist will work confidently to support in the management of a key retail account, with attention to detail to provide data, reports, and analysis across the technical function.

Specifications

KPI reporting

Customer Complaints

Customer Technical Systems

This position will be systems and process focused working with customer reports, online (& internal) specifications, and customer technical online systems.

We are seeking;
Exposure to a similar Technical Administration / Technical Assistant / Technologist position

A passionate individual, with the drive to prosper in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of: Specifications, Technical Systems, Database management

Excellent IT and communication skills, to inc. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Professional, confident, and personable approach

Salary: c£25k
Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.00am – 5.00pm

Location: Hertfordshire, with some flexibility around home working
