We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry, supplying UK Retailers with the best produce from Worldwide Growers. Due to continued success, the opportunity of Technical Manager has become available to focus on dedicated retail accounts and become part of a passionate and committed technical team.

The opportunity of Technical Manager will become an integral part of the customer technical management team, supporting the Senior Technical Manager and taking responsibility for the management and development of key retail accounts with a focus on Fruit categories.
Responsibilities;
Achieve specific targets and KPIs on technical issues and ensure customers are satisfied at all times
Retail customer management to ensure product satisfaction, compliance and continuous successful relationship growth
Working with suppliers to ensure compliance, efficiency and effective communication around supply and the challenges faced

To become part of the integral technical hub within this successful Fresh Produce business, we require;
Experience gained within Fresh Produce, to accompany exposure to Fruit categories proving highly advantageous
Previous management of retail customer accounts, with the ability to maintain honest and successful relationships
Exposure to technical, compliance, product & quality management
High level of communication ability and attention to detail
