Overview

Our Client is a leading Importer and Supplier of Fresh Produce to a wide portfolio of customers. Due to continued growth we are now seeking a Trader to become a key member of the Commercial team.

Reporting to Director level, this position offers a confident, experienced Trader the opportunity to become a key member of the commercial team, taking responsibility for the trading of an array of Fruit & Salad products. With great scope for customer portfolio management, development and expansion, the successful individual will gain new accounts and continue to develop & grow accounts that they have added to the team. The position will negotiate pricing/tenders, manage customer expectations and work closely with internal teams to promote & strengthen the company’s market position.

We require;
Proven success within Fresh Produce trading in Wholesale, preferably Fruit / Salad products

Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional and commercial approach

Driven, passionate, and able to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment

Account management success, with motivation to succeed
Excellent relationship building ability

Location; South East England
