Overview

Our Client is a leading Importer and Supplier of Fresh Produce to a wide portfolio of customers. Due to continued growth we are now seeking a Trader to become a key member of the Commercial team.

Reporting to Director level, this position offers a confident, experienced Trader the opportunity to become a key member of the commercial team, taking responsibility for the trading of an array of Fresh Produce products. With great scope for customer portfolio management, development and expansion, the successful individual will gain new accounts and continue to develop & grow accounts that they have added to the team. The position will negotiate pricing/tenders, manage customer expectations and work closely with internal teams to promote & strengthen the company’s market position.

Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional and commercial approach
Driven, passionate, and able to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
Proven success within Fresh Produce Wholesale Trading
Account management success, with motivation to succeed
Excellent relationship building ability
