Pandemic Pushes Consumption of Fresh Produce with ‘From Scratch’ Cooking

According to a recent shopper insights survey, British 18-24 year olds are eating more fresh produce than pre-pandemic, as ‘from scratch’ cooking has increased.

The survey revealed that 35% of the younger demographic  have been consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables as thy’ve been cooking fresh produce from scratch and experimenting more with healthier meals and home-baking.
